SEVEN MONTHS. Cripes.
Things are getting a little – how do you say? – AWKWARD around these parts. I’ll just get right to the nitty gritty and tell you that Jack had the hiccups the other day and while normally I would consider it sweet and adorable and say awwwwwww! while creepily caressing and gazing at my stomach, the fact that I could feel his head knocking up against my butt with every hiccup made it SO INCREDIBLY NOT ADORABLE AT ALL. It was unnecessary and downright rude, if you ask me.
Not cool, Jack. NOT COOL.
(I have made a personal vow to keep no secrets from you guys about this pregnancy, so I am deeply sorry for any mental scarring that may have just caused. Also, hi Grandma Julie!)
I feel your pain cousin:)
You look SO amazing!!!! Lincoln has been pretty rude these days too….chilaxing in my rib cage, playing the xylophone with each indivdual rib. You'd think with such pretty and polite mommies these boys would know better….lol
I love the hiccups, but they’ve never hit my butt. It’s weird feeling them bounce off my hip though…
You look great!
That is just one of the places that its not cool to feel hiccups…
There’s that little guy!!! :) I love the shout out to grandma at the end, haha!
Elizabeth: Thank you! And yes, they are normally so cute! It’s funny to see the babies get them once they’re born, knowing they were doing that in your belly the whole time. :)
Jennifer: Amen sister.
Alyssa: There’s about 3lbs of little guy in there! So weird! And I felt the need to give Grandma a shout out because she told me that she read my boob post last week. lol
Babies in the womb can get HICCUPS?!?! This is… well, this is shocking.
OMG talk about mispelling!!
let me try again!
I love seeing your pregnant outfits, I’m curious to see your shoe collection. I think every lady out there has a shoe fetish.
BTW great blog, I get a kick out of it!!! :)
Suburban Sweetheart: YES! It blows my mind too sometimes. Pregnancy is so freaking weird, man.
Carmen: I lol’d at your previous comment. I can’t say I have a ‘she’ fetish, but a shoe one, for sure! :) Thanks for the kind words!
BEYOND adorable!
holy mama, looking good!
you look great!! i totally get the hiccup thing.. olivia doesnt do that BUT she loves to kick towards my feet which hits something that is REALLY uncomfortable!! I HATE IT and sometimes i feel like yelling at her for doing it.. but i dont :)
I selfishly wish you could keep having babies forever because I love your blog and all of your pregnancy observations. Although, if you were one of those women who had 18 babies you’d be on TLC and I would be creeped out.
Anyway, keep up the great work!
Every time I read one of your posts I tend to laugh out loud – which I don’t do much while reading things.
Also – to Elizabeth, the 19 Kids and Counting creep me out too! haha

oh the ribs!! they take a beating for sure!
I cannot believe you are 7 months!
I feel your pain cousin:)
One time the baby was rocking out to some P!NK by kicking to the beat. This would have been awesome if he hadn’t been kicking something that connect to my…um…butthole. I did not feel like “raising my glass” after that.
how are you going to play if off when he knocks a fart out of you in public?
Dang, your knockers are big. Way to go preggers ; )
Once again, you look adorable. I hope that at 7 months pregnant I find the strength to get out of my sweatpants. But I’m not holding out much hope!
This is the lovely time where ribs, tailbones, and hips begin to suffer! PAIN. Hopefully it’s not often for you and only during hiccups :)
bahaha, would it be bad to admit that's already happened? Well, I blamed it on him at least.
you're adorable and I love your outfit.
thanks, Maegan!
That is crazy! You are adorable though!
bahaha, the stripes really act as huge red arrows, right? lol
